A good option for traveling are the ecologically friendly disposable diapers. Nature Babycare or Seventh Generation for example. I prefer Nature Babycare personally.

Wow!! Good for you! You might try substituting one morning per week of the eliptical trainer for weight trainer exercises or do 30 minutes instead and 20 minutes of weights.
