2 Weeks and counting

Caffeine free…..omg this is really not so easy.  I am now 2 1/2 weeks caffeine.  No headache, no “shakes”, but really really really miss my diet coke :) !!  Coffee is missed but has been replaced by green tea and I have to say that I am really enjoying my 4 (yes, four) cups of green tea in the morning…..OH NO, a thought just came to me, does green tea have alot of caffeine?  Do you think 4 cups of green tea has replaced the one or two or three cups of morning coffee?  Is that why I am enjoying it so much?

Anyway, back to diet coke.  I have discovered the joys of caffeine free diet coke…..brilliant!  I am now limiting myself to two a day, not too bad.  Someone sent me an article about the poison known as aspartine.  Have I exchanged one unhealthy product of another?

    I stumbled upon this in a Google search. While drinking water is ideal, Caffeine Free Diet Coke is not bad for you because of Aspartine. Check out this link:

    The worst thing in that can is the sodium and CFDC is a low-sodium drink.
